Robbie and his colleague responded to my message and visited my home, assessed the fault I was experiencing with my smoke alarm system, and identified the cause, they completed the installation of two replacement alarms resulting in rectification of the problem. The guys were polite, efficient and tidy during the work which was completed for the agreed (very competitive) rate.

6 star rating. Came home to find sockets weren’t working. A switch on the fuse box had tripped - when I switched it back on it flicked back off straight away. No heating, fridge-freezer defrosting etc … and it’s Saturday night. Phoned Robbie who provided advice over the phone and waited on the line while I carried out his instructions. They worked a treat and there was no charge. I thought this level of service and generosity didn’t exist anymore. Make Robbie Electrical Services your go to electrician (he’s in my contacts!).

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had no power since early this morning and, after putting a claim in on our emergency insurance and hearing nothing by 3pm, we were left with no heating and losing hope. Decided to try finding someone ourselves, and that’s when we contacted Robbie. What can I say? He got straight back to us and was out to our home immediately. Within minutes, he identified the fault and came up with a clear solution to fix it. Robbie and his son-in-law were absolutely brilliant—so knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. They got everything sorted quickly and with zero fuss. I honestly can’t thank them enough for their fantastic service. Highly recommend Robbie to anyone in need of an electrician!

We’re based in Sunderland and if you are in need of anything to do with electrics, Robbie’s is the way to go! We’ve had two jobs (installing/wiring new sockets and installing/wiring new outdoor lights) done by them. Both jobs done perfectly and professionally. Fantastic service!! Called Robbie this afternoon as had a leak from my kitchen light fixture. He came a few hours later and was able to fix the issue within about 10 minutes. He even provided a temporary light bulb while my light fixture dries out before it can be reinstalled. Would definitely recommend Robbie, and would not hesitate to use his services in the future.

Robbie came out on a Sunday within a couple of hours to address the issue of us having drilled through a wire whilst putting up shelves - it meant we could sleep easy that night with the wires safely secured and he made neat tidy holes, no mess. Also very friendly and reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone!
